KPUB Encourages High School Seniors to Apply for Scholarship

The Kerrville Public Utility Board (KPUB) is pleased to announce the 2013 KPUB Scholarship Program!

The KPUB Scholarship Program has been established to encourage local youth to work hard and follow their dreams. Blake Smith, former Chairman of the Board for KPUB, suggested the scholarship program as a way for KPUB to give back to the community. "We are proud to be able to acknowledge and facilitate the hard work and commitment of our area’s local students," said Smith.

KPUB will award two $1,000/per year, renewable scholarships to two local graduating high school seniors. Recipients may receive $1,000 per year for up to four years.
