Kerrville Public Utility Board (KPUB) officials reported that on Tuesday, April 16th at 2:12 p.m. Kerrville Public Utility Board lost power to the Stadium Substation affecting 3,722 customers. Power was restored to all at 2:37 p.m. The outage was caused by the catastrophic failure of an LCRA owned voltage sensor. KPUB crews were immediately dispatch ed to help LCRA investigate the outage. Areas that experienced the outage were along Sidney Baker from Downtown to North of IH10, part of Loop 534 and portions of Main Street
