Kerrville Public Utility Board Announces New Bill Format and New Website

We’re improving to serve you better.

KERRVILLE, TX – April 11, 2011

- The Kerrville Public Utility Board (KPUB) is pleased to provide a new and improved utility statement. This new format provides the customer with more information about their energy consumption. The new statements take effect during the May billing cycle and a full explanation of how to read this statement will be sent to each customer along with their May statement.

"We are proud of the many efficiency improvements we are making here at KPUB. The new statement format is just one of the ways we are working to continue serving the KPUB customer." says Mark Nelson, KPUB Customer Service Manager. "We will still be taking payments at the familiar locations; however, customers are encouraged to visit our new website to sign up for easy and convenient e-bills and to make their payments online."

The new website at will launch in May 2011 in conjunction with the new statement format. This improved website makes it easy for customers to sign-up for paperless e-bill options, should they choose to do so, and features a new, easier to use online bill pay system. Customers who already take advantage of online bill pay will see a seamless transition as existing email address and passwords will still work with the new website system.
