Kerrville Public Utility Board (KPUB) officials reported two power outages in Kerrville and Kerr County on Friday morning, June 14, 2013.   Kerrville Public Utility Board (KPUB) officials reported a number of power outages in Kerrville and Kerr County due to high winds and lightning throughout the area.
