Kerrville Public Utility Board (KPUB) officials reported a power outage Saturday night, December 23, 2017, caused when a vehicle hit a pole at Hwy 16 and Ranchero Road.   Service crews had to open a breaker to make repairs from 11:14 p.m. until 12:24 a.m. and were able to get all but 47 customers back on.
