Kerrville Public Utility Board (KPUB) is hosting a community food pantry drive throughout the month of June to support the Doyle Community Center’s Food Pantry. This initiative underscores KPUB’s commitment to serving the community and supporting local families in need.
The Doyle Community Center’s Food Pantry provides essential food and household items to families in need, serving approximately 3,380 families annually. The organization has identified several high-need items for this donation drive, including:
- Canned Vegetables – Green beans, corn, mixed vegetables, beans, etc.
- Dry Goods – Pinto beans, pasta (noodles, spaghetti, macaroni & cheese), rice, etc.
- Paper Goods & Household Essentials – Toilet tissue, paper towels, dish detergent, napkins, shampoo, etc.
