The Kerrville Public Utility Board (KPUB) and Kerrville Public Utility Board Public Facility Corporation (KPFC) will hold their Annual System Users Meeting and Regular Joint Monthly Meeting on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.
