Texas Utility Help is accepting new applications for utility bill payment assistance.
The Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs recently directed an additional $48 million from the Federal Infrastructure and Investment Jobs Act to support low-income homeowners and renters who need help paying energy bills. Additional funding is available for water and wastewater bills.

*Texas households may be eligible for assistance from Texas Utility Help if their household income is at or below 150% of Federal Poverty Income Guidelines (“FPIG”).
