To better serve you, KPUB is transitioning our secure pay-by-phone toll-free payment system to an improved cloud-based version. This transition will improve caller experiences with our pay-by-phone system and offer more customization options for our customers.
Please note that our secure pay-by-phone number will change, effective on February 22, 2024.
Our new secure-pay-by-phone payment number is 855.959.2496. This is the current number for KPUB’s SMS text outage reporting, so it will combine the two services into one.
Please update your records because the previous number is no longer in service after the transition on February 22, 2024.
